Shipping

Where do you ship to?

It’s so exciting to know my little shop can reach so many lovely customers! At the moment, Aurelia Designs ships within the UK only. We hope to expand in the future — so keep an eye out for updates!

How long does shipping take?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 5–7 working days of your order being placed (unless otherwise stated).

Online Sales:

Orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 Delivery and are usually dispatched within 1–3 working days. This service costs £3.55.

Bespoke Orders:

Bespoke creations are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24 Delivery once your design has been approved and your balance (including postage) has been cleared. Postage costs are confirmed once the final quantity and weight of your order are known.

Every parcel is carefully packed in pretty letterbox packaging as standard, because the unboxing should feel just as lovely as the item inside!

Larger sized products will be packaged with care into a larger box. You will need to take this from your postie!

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your Royal Mail tracking number so you can follow your parcel every step of the way. You can track your delivery directly through the Royal Mail website here:

Do you offer Gift Wrapping?

If you’re looking for something extra special, we also offer gift wrapping.

Each piece is lovingly wrapped in our signature Aurelia Designs scented tissue with shimmery raffia. Jewellery items are nestled inside a baby pink gift box finished with a pretty bow.

Each package is sprinkled with a little extra magic, a few cute stickers, a sweet treat, a surprise freebies, and of course, plenty of glittery sprinkles!

Our Gift Boxing is the perfect addition to any order.

Returns & Exchanges

How do I return or exchange an item?

We want you to love your order from Aurelia Designs! Every piece is handmade with care, but if something isn’t quite right, here’s how to return or exchange your item smoothly.

If your order arrives faulty or damaged, please email aureliardesigns@gmail.com within 2 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. I’ll review the issue and arrange a suitable resolution as quickly as possible.

If you’ve simply changed your mind about a ready-made item, you can return or exchange it within 14 days of delivery as long as it’s unused, in its original packaging, and in a re-saleable condition.

Return postage costs for change-of-mind returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.

To make sure your return arrives safely and can be processed quickly, please:

  • Send it using a tracked delivery service

  • Keep your proof of postage until your refund or exchange is confirmed

If you’d like to exchange an item, please include details of what you’d like instead in your email so I can check stock and confirm availability before you send anything back. If the replacement is a different value, I’ll confirm any balance due or refund difference before dispatch.

Refunds and exchanges are processed within 7–10 working days of your return being safely received and checked, and refunds are always made to the original payment method.

Please note that:

  • Jewellery and earrings can’t be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons

  • Custom, personalised, or bespoke items are non-refundable, non-transferable, and not eligible for return or exchange once a booking is confirmed and a deposit has been received

Bespoke Orders

How do I place a bespoke order?

Bespoke Orders

If you have a special event coming up — whether it’s a wedding, celebration, or something uniquely personal — I’d love to help bring your ideas to life!

Here’s how the bespoke order process works:

1. Get in touch

Send me a message with your bespoke order request and a few details about what you’re looking for.

2. Complete your booking form

You’ll receive a booking form that captures everything we need — your vision, quantities, deadlines, and any special touches that make it yours. This form also includes any secret dates or surprises, so I know when to pause sharing your work on social media. I’ll never ruin a surprise!

3. Agree the details

Once we’ve discussed your ideas, we’ll confirm the design, price, timescales, and scope of work. These details will be outlined in a simple contract of work for your peace of mind.

4. Pay your deposit

A 75% non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is required before I start creating your order. This covers design time, materials, and preparation.

5. I’ll bring your vision to life

Once your items are complete, I’ll share a photo of your finished pieces for you to review and sign off.

6. Final payment & postage

After you’ve approved your design, the remaining balance (including confirmed postage cost) will be due. Your order will then be dispatched via Royal Mail 24-hour tracked delivery. Postage costs are confirmed once the full scope of work is agreed and the final quantity and weight are known. If you’re local to Maidstone, you’re welcome to collect in person.

7. Delivery & protection

Every order is carefully checked, packaged securely, and photographed before dispatch to confirm condition. I always use tracked and insured delivery, and keep full records to show your items were sent in perfect condition. I’ll always support you in resolving any postal issues, but Aurelia Designs cannot be held responsible for delays or damage caused during transit.

8. Timeframes

All bespoke order enquiries are acknowledged and replied to within 7 days.
